ICEBlock, a new app that encourages users to share information about sightings of Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents nearby, has risen top of the Apple App Store, amid criticism from Trump administration officials who say the app could put agents at risk. App developer Joshua Aaron joined Christina Ruffini on MSNBC Reports to share his motive behind creating the app and why he’s not afraid of retaliation from the administration.
