After struggling with body image issues as an overweight child, Rodrigo turned to cosmetic procedures to transform his appearance. His journey started with a nose job and quickly spiraled into over-the-top enhancements: 3 rhinoplasties, jaw reconstruction, liposuction, silicone chest implants, and endless fillers.
