‘Where’s the oversight?’ Joe raises alarm over U.S. strike on alleged drug boat

The U.S. struck another small boat off Venezuela, killing six people accused of drug smuggling — the fifth deadly strike in the Caribbean since September. Joe Scarborough says it’s time for Congress to step up: “Where is the oversight? You can like Donald Trump and like the Constitution at the same time.”
