BREAKING: Vice Pres. Kamala Harris has certified Donald Trump’s election win — noting her election loss — four years after the Capitol attack on Jan. 6.

Republicans cheered loudly as she announced Trump’s 312 electoral votes, while Democrats did the same for her 226 votes.
