President Trump continues to insist Iran is negotiating and has agreed to most of his 15-point proposal. But Iran has labeled that plan excessive and flat out denies any talks are happening.

ABC News’ Rachel Scott pressed White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt about those negotiations.
