As lawmakers approved a short-term government funding package that extends DHS funding for just two weeks, Rep. Chris Pappas told Ali Vitali on Way Too Early that Congress must use that window to push for constitutional guardrails and accountability in immigration enforcement: “Democrats aren’t asking for too much here. The Constitution isn’t an inconvenience.”
