Biden Targets Chinese Chipmakers Getting US Funds

The Biden administration is set to unveil restrictions on new operations in China for semiconductor makers getting federal funds to build in the US, according to officials at the Commerce Department. Meanwhile, China’s new ambassador to Japan arrived in the country on Tuesday to take up his post, where there are myriad challenges to address on everything from semiconductors to Taiwan. Jodi Schneider reports on Bloomberg Television.
