Ruffled shoulders and chiffon were also present in this collection. The voluminous yet light collection by new designer Clare Waight Keller was girly and youthful. The designer wished to exude feminine confidence in this 60th anniversary collection. Interestingly enough, she didn’t parade a smattering of archived looks from Chloe’s past, instead choosing to focus on the new. And yet, she still knows and understands the signature Chloe look and the typical Chloe woman.
