Fold over and flatten the dough several times through the press will make the pasta give a better texture.

Bobby why are you making this type of video. You know our house, well your biggest fan who loves watching you cook. But she doesn’t understand why your making pasta. Now if you made tortellini she will watch the entire video. By why don’t you watch the timer so you don’t overcook the pasta. And I will record her so you can see how much she adores you.
