Most neutral specialists believe a frozen conflict is the most likely outcome. A frozen conflict is not a peace treaty or negotiation. It is a state of war, paused by both sides with a status quo of the front lines. If NATO pursues it's current position of no direct conflict with Russia, a frozen conflict will result in a frozen road map and timeline for Ukraine to join NATO. No treaty and no NATO membership means no security guarantees for Ukraine. The only solution is the West offering security guarantees for Ukraine and for Russia. Such guarantees must be given by those who have the power to end this war: Biden and Putin. There is no alternative because a frozen conflict will leave Ukraine empty handed

Lý do Mỹ (và đồng minh của Mỹ) + phương Tây ngay từ đầu cuộc chiến đã biết rất rõ rằng Ukraine sẽ bại trận hoàn toàn ; nhưng bằng cách liên tục bơm thêm tiền và vũ khí, "bầy linh cẩu" đã từng bước khống chế chính quyền Ukraine và không cho phép người Ukraine dừng cuộc chiến là vì các lý do sau :
1. Họ muốn chống Nga đến cùng nhưng không phải "mất người" của họ. Chúng ta gọi đó là Cuộc Chiến Tranh Ủy Nhiệm.
2. Họ muốn biến Ukraine thành bãi thải để hủy vũ khí cũ và thao trường để thử nghiệm các vũ khí mới mà không tốn kém về nhân lực và chi phí.
3. Họ biết cuộc chiến này Ukraine sẽ bại trận nhưng vẫn viện trợ tiền và vũ khí rất nhiệt tình ; vì dù thắng hay thua thì Ukraine cũng sẽ phải trả nợ những gì đã được viện trợ. Các gói viện trợ đều được tính bằng tiền USD và sau khi cuộc chiến kết thúc, Ukraine sẽ ngập trong các món nợ.
* Kết luận: Thực chất, phương Tây đang muốn mượn tay người Ukraine để chống Nga và kéo dài cuộc chiến Nga – Ukraine để bán vũ khí kiếm lợi nhuận chứ họ chẳng thương xót gì người dân hay đất nước Ukraine như cách họ đang tuyên truyền trên báo chí.
