Picnic Pasta

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup drained cornichons, chopped
1/2 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs such as tarragon, basil and dill, roughly chopped
1/4 cup drained capers, chopped
4 small inner stalks celery and the leaves, chopped fine
1 small bulb fennel, chopped fine
1 pound short pasta such as casarecce, fusilli or elbow, cooked and cooled
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

Whisk together the mayonnaise, yogurt, vinegar and honey in a large bowl. Stir in the cornichons, herbs, capers, celery and fennel until combined. Add the pasta and salt and toss until well coated.

    A great picnic dish to share outdoors so impressive. I love green herbs can change up to different preferences of liking. I would drizzle Olive oil on my pasta to keep it separate otherwise this is perfect to enjoy as is 👍❤😄 love your creations you inspire us with happiness ❤❤❤

    Giada De Laurentiis/Respectfully there's a difference between Italian/American food vs. REAL ITALIAN FOOD FOOD as from Italy. There are certain Rules to pasta carbonara & in general. View Vincenzo's Plate & Pasta Grammar. Don't put cream or meat in pasta in Italy

    Holy Smokes!!!!! This was so delicious!!!!! It was better the day I made it. The next day, it was very thick and it wasn’t as good. It’s a texture thing for me.

    My God, I haven’t seen her (Giada) much lately and she looks terrible. Her hair is all stringy and thin. Her daughter is the spitting image of dad, The recipes wasn’t bad and I’m sure she had her spittoon nearby.
