    Her eyeballing the one cup of parmesan gave me anxiety. Her fresh supply of basil that she always had gave me jealousy. The crunchy crust of the potato pancake made me drool. This show gives me so much emotion!

    If you don't mind a little extra cleanup, squeeze the excess moisture using a potato ricer. I find this tool avoids overstraining my hands and wrists. Works with other watery vegetables and really good for cooked spinach.

    The 'In Between Cooking Shorts' are informative, but the 'music', if you can call that, is jarring and extreme annoying …not to mention loud.
