This video is really helpful, thanks. How long would you cook a furnished hen on it or is it just for coating the outside?

Excellent video. I just got one and was wondering what to do with it. After a few useless videos I ran into this one (all sorts of ideas from a brief video) which now has me giddy about my new sandwich grill

I don’t know why, but I just start cracking up when Alton gets on his soapbox to rant about so called Unitaskers.

There’s no way you can cook a whole chicken in 12 minutes. Even deep frying a whole chicken can’t do it that fast

I can’t tell if this is satire or not

My neighbour put a 2000w Breville Panini Press out for the scrap man, which was sooo clean and looked like it had been used only ONCE so, I purloined it! I cooked a quarter ponder on it… Grrreat! Then a bacon sandwich for my old Mum… Grrreat! Can anyone recommend a list of cookable foods and the all-important… 'timings?'

I used to have a panini press that I loved but it got lost in a move. I am searching for a new one and came upon this video. Can anyone tell me what brand this one is?

I think the unitasker sign is a bit of a unitasker, to be honest. It does one thing: hypocritically call other tools unitaskers

I know this video is over a decade old but only advice I would give anyone is only get a Panini Press where you can swap out the plates for a smooth top. Then you have a griddle.

Want pizza with cheese and red sauce? just fold the dough over with everything inside now it's a calzone "pizza".
