Okay, I love your recipes. I understand that the video is just a teaser of the recipe and isn't meant to be a 'follow-along' sort of thing. However, what's the point of putting up writing if you don't leave it up long enough for people to read it?! Just leave the captions up for another couple of seconds each and the video will be much more enjoyable
