The mayo is nothing new. I've been doing this for ever . Also anyone who cooks with cheese, burgers or grilled
cheese knows the dome trick.

Comment has nothing to do video. I find it really rude that Jeff always grabs the first serving of every thing, especially when there are women sitting with him. Apparently he has never taught to behave as a gentleman. I feel sorry for his wife and co-workers.

To Katie's marshmallow fruit dip, 2 ingredient. I've been making this dip for yrs, only we added a splash of vanilla, and a splash of lemon. It tastes so good !

Also she needs too throw her wigs away. They don't do anything for her. I have never seen her real hair on the kitchen.

I don't understand, why Sonny Anderson, doesn't like to pass food down. It's like she's afraid she won't get any. That too me is extremely rude.

I love when he uses the Smoked Mozzarella! Its the best thing when melted! Very much underused!

Great tips. I won't put mayo on my grilled cheese. I use unsalted butter! And for gosh sakes NO margarine, Country Crock, or other nonsense!

Great show but they need to dump Sunny. She is constantly yelling and simply obnoxious.

Buttery bread adds to the deliciousness of grilled cheese. I put plenty of butter in the pan first! Once the butter melts and covers the bottom of the frying pan,(like you do for scrambled eggs) I then put both slices of bread topped with cheese “open faced” until the bottoms of the bread are golden. Then I put the sandwich together and cook a few more minutes on each side until the cheese in the middle is melted together. It is so buttery, cheesy good!

I'm glad Marcela is gone, now they just need to get rid of Sunny!
I've been doing the mayo trick for years, I can't believe I ever did it the other way.

Mayo is a great ingredient, the gilled cheese is a perfect example. I think people – think they don't like it because it can get over used, it can be gloppy/gross – the right amount used will not yield something uneatable.

Rather than squirt water under the dome, chuck an ice cube in there.

I learned the mayo on the grilled cheese thing when I cooked at a Howard Johnson's restaurant in 73-74. The owner – a Greek immigrant – swore it was a classic Greek trick.

Now here's one for you. Ya know that store bought shredded cheese. The cr*p sux for melting. How to get around that and get it to melt. Before making say a pizza, put the amount that your going to use in a colander and run it under cold water flipping it a few times to get all of the shreds wetted. This gets their cheese shreds cleaned from what ever treatment they use to keep their cheese from 'clumping' in thee bag off and then put it on the pizza and bake as usual… works like a champ!
