I know everyone talks about Tiger sauce or just horse radish… My entire family from Catonsville just does any type of cook you want.. but it's gotta just be THE MEAT, THE ROLL, and MAYO. Thats it besides maybe some salt and pepper optional.

Chaps Pit beef is really good. Another go to spot in Baltimore is Pioneer Pit Beef off on Rolling Road.

I thought that BBQ was pit beef. That was all I knew, growing up in Baltimore. When I would travel to other places and go to BBQ restaurants, I was like….Where's the good stuff???

Pass by this place all the time and didnt think much of it cause of the strip club next door but ill have to give it a try!
