There is NO WAY in the world that those big slices of onion, bell pepper and roughly chopped celery and tomatoes 1:11 cook down to the point of being invisible (as it appears when being put into the taco shell 1:58) in 40 minutes. Must be missing some steps or something.

I like my tacos with ground beef and just a little bit of cheese. Crunchy shells are a plus.

The quality dropped about 2 mos after this aired. Bogus, fake 'puffy taco' for tourist dummies and DDD disciples who are more devoted to Guy than real quality. Most DDD places ARE legit in my experience, but this one is now horrible.
