No way. Way too sweet!!! Been making this since childhood and I guess I’m not used to an overly sweet sauce. To each their own 🤷🏻♀️

My final comment. Some of the comments on here are just rude, stop bashing her! There are many different ways to make Enchiladas. She's just sharing her way. If you don't like her cooking don't watch this channel.

The difference between the Mexican chocolate and the substitute she mentioned is that the Mexican chocolate has a good amount of sugar in it. That being said, I would need about five of these on my plate instead of two.

OMG !!!!!! what is she doing????? why is she using flour tortillas? real enchiladas are made with corn tortillas, CORN CORN CORN I TELL YOU !!!!! 🙁 its so painful to watch.
did she ever said that this is not real mole? this recipe is an easy version of it, to make mole you have to brown a bunch of seed of different kind that i dont remember what seeds are used, and grind them, then mix them with spices,different chiles, chocolate and make your mole sauce.

I just try to keep things easy so I get Mole in the jar and put it in the blender and add the chicken brOth and bLend it up. Taste just as good! !
