I genuinely want to know what do they do with their oil at the end of the day. The quantity of oil in which they fry stuff is huge and where do they dump it after the working hours. Do they sell it to be used for other purposes?
Also I guess they use the same batch of oil for the whole day. It means this oil is constantly heated and heated. Must have very high trans-fats then.

I'm pretty sure in order for a doughnut to be glazed, the glaze has to cover the entire doughnut. This is more like someone put glaze in a frosting bucket and started to treat it as frosting
