Indian food is, in my opinion, the absolute best food.
I was born and raised in St Louis, so I had tasted most styles of cooking before I was even old enough to drive, but I didn't get to try authentic Indian until I was in my late 20s and it blew me away.

In this video I like to eat middle eastern food but I have never heard of Lebanese food and I am not familiar with these ingredients as I have been to MOROCCO 5 times and they live in the APPLE and I know where there restaurants are and what killed me was when I saw what they charge for lamb shanks with COUSCOUS 28.00 dollars what a ripoff because you can't eat the bone low yield and it's easy to make like making OSSO BUCCO you can't eat the bone like oxtail or ham hocks and CHEFS like to play there games but CHEFS know as they are in the industry
