I am not sure how they managed to trademark it- but I looked it up and it actually is. Usually you cant trademark physical things- that would fall under patent… but somehow they pulled it off.

I know so many street vendors in India who do a curl on their ice cream 😂
This one man has a shop in my city called Dairy King, and his tagline is “The King that owns the Queen”.
But the funnier one has a street side stall named “Black Panther Ice cream and Cakes”
And his ice cream is literally just an old school choco bar 😂
