25 years ago, NYPD dispatchers were called to help save thousands of lives on September 11, 2001. From guiding first responders through the chaos, to relaying the final messages of those trapped in rubble, these dispatchers heard every moment from the other line. For many of them, every voice and sound remains in their memory 25 years later. MS NOW investigative reporter Marc Santia spoke with some dispatchers who worked during the attacks and shares their stories.
