“Nassif decided to do surgery to find out what is going on with her nose but before that he assured her that it was not a tumor.
However, Nassif is left shocked after he discovered that Gisela's nose had decompressed immediately after they started the surgery. He soon realized that Gisela had developed puss in her nose because of prolene stitch. In a rare case, he further added that not many people are allergic to it. But he was happy that he could finally get to the bottom of the mystery and help Gisela with her nose.”

I was told all my life how beautiful I was by my mother. It never occured to me to get plastic surgery. I nursed 3 babies so my breasts aren't perky. I never smoked and rarely drink and I don't worship the sun. So my skin is aging naturally. My stomach is not flat. But I feel strongly enough that if looks are the reason anyone is around me, that is not all the I am. My experiences and my heart are what I am about.
Those folks who need surgeries to help for medical reasons have different reasons why they need corrective procedures.

People talking about Dr dubrow's face filler … actually it's a procedure called sculptra, it's basically done to restart the cologens productions in the face to reduce the droopiness of face due to ageing. It do have a effect of puffiness for couple of day or months but onces it starts it work it will go down. So not a typical filler where they want a big puffed face it's mostly done by 60+ patients. I know this because my granny did it.

I think Dubrow looks okay/average good looking face and not extremely different to how he looked before. He has a bit of a large nose, which hasn't changed. I do see that the cheekbone area is a little more protruding and the face seem a little wider and the area under his eyes has puffed up a bit as well, but I really don't think it's very obvious or bad looking. I primarly noticed when I compared older videos to this one.
