Fran, can you please do a 90s makeup tutorial? The 90s makeup needs to make a comeback. As a child, I loved seeing my mom and aunts in 90s makeup. To me, it's the most beautiful makeup style. I love the classic dark red lipstick and the dark eyeshadow. Both of these enhance women's beauty globally. I'm tired of the 21st century natural makeup style. I feel like I was born in a wrong era.
