Donald Trump is under orders not to intimidate witnesses or prosecutors in his pending criminal cases, but that didn’t stop him from demanding “an eye for an eye” in a recent online video. Former Watergate prosecutor Jill Wine-Banks, NBC News Justice Reporter Ryan Reilly and former Republican Rep. Charles Dent join American Voices guest host Julian Castro to discuss why Trump’s comments aren’t getting him in trouble with judges and whether he can win the White House if convicted.

It won't make any difference to me, I'm English so I have no say in American elections – but the thing that I find so astonishing is that this man is apparently incapable of keeping his mouth shut! He simply stands there incriminating himself over and over, screaming insults at everyone who's not on his side and sticking his head farther and farther into the noose. Americans are missing a multi party system, only two parties, only two contenders, classical polarization… Society is more complex but is not represented by the parties… In every other democratic country coalitions between different parties exist, compromises are made, why not in America? I'm starting to lean toward capital punishment to deal with this dangerous would be dictator. We must remember what happened when Hitler was jailed in the early 1930s , he wrote Mein Kaumph in prison and when he was finally released he grasped power and became the dictator of Germany. If he was hanged the second world war may never have happened. I can't think of a better way to deal with a threat like don trump.
