I believe the person most likely to win if she chose to be the candidate is not going to run. But she should to basically save the country and quite actually the world. After she won she could resign and hand the reins to whom ever she chose as vice president. I’ve spoken to local political activists and they agree so I’m not pulling this out of thin air. The person most likely to win if she ran? Michelle Obama

How about we replace the democrats and republicans with a third party that would actually serve the american people.

What about Gen . MILLEY: He’s got lots of positives: foreign service experience, leadership experience, budgetary experience, and most of all, HE’S GOT CHARISMA! Let’s draft MILLEY!

    Reasonable Options:
    – nobody on 2020 stage besides Biden,
    – not Kamala,
    – nobody except Whitmer mentioned here.

    Options?
    >> Carry over much of Biden's staff helps anyone,
    – Gretchen Whitmer (MI Gov),
    – Gavin Newsom,
    – Adam Schiff,
    – Corey Booker,
    – Jeff Merkley,
    – Chris Murphy,
    – Mark Warner,
    – Sheldon Whitehouse,
    X Kirsten Sinema, (kidding),

Give it to Bernie …he had to bow out from Democratic establishment because they wanted to placate the Center – but this time there is no more Center and Bernie is the Safer bet. But he is older then Biden lol. But in any event …hopefully Niki Haley some how becomes GOP candidate. Old Russian saying ' Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend '. Cross your fingers.:)

Cillizza recitation of potential candidates seem to be drawn from a child's playlist. None ot them comes close to what the nation needs,
a JFK or Roosevelt type that can pull the US out of a downward spiral. We've got Bush, Obama, Trump and Now Biden, all second rate
mediocre thinkers that can't pilot us out of stall. Why not a list of our best minds, with a profound understanding of what to do as we
no longer the dominant power? In other word, how to grow old gracefully as the world turns multipolar.

    Spitballing:
Sherrod Brown (OH): Populist Rust Belt appeal, with populist views. Not a tough pill for Bernie supporters to swallow, while still being palatable to moderates. He is running for reelection, but perhaps he could renounce that?
Tim Ryan (OH): Centrist Ohioan with protectionist appeal. Again, Rust Belt.
Val Demings (FL): Moderate with appeal to African-Americans. Florida isn't competitive anymore though.
Beto O'Rourke (TX): Texas is getting more and more competitive. Hispanic appeal. Has lost 3 elections though.
Raphael Warnock (GA): Moderate Senator from a red-leaning but competitive state. African-American appeal.

John Fetterman would be an excellent choice, he's even dumber than Joe Biden if that's even possible. I'm sure deceased people all across America would vote for him just like they did Joe Biden and he wouldn't even have to hit the campaign trail.

This sounds so out of touch. Surprised CNN let this video get posted. Would have loved to see Bernie threaten the DNC by announcing a presidential run. They would have been thrown into a frenzie to stop him because that would guarantee Bernie could become president.

That or he’d be the most hated man in America. Considering how shit this country is becoming, I’d take that risk.

Swan predicts Trump’s ‘free & fair elections’ speech announcement

Published

on

By

President Donald Trump plans to use part of a primetime speech Thursday to discuss new findings about the security of American elections, among other topics — setting up yet another high-profile opportunity for the president to dispute the results of the 2020 election he lost. Speaking in the Oval Office two days ahead of the planned address, Trump affirmed the speech would focus on elections and a “couple of other things.”

Officials said the speech is still being finalized, but Trump was expected to discuss several topics. He’s still deeply mired in his conflict with Iran, with nightly strikes in the country as he seeks a path to reopen the Strait of Hormuz. Even as that war appears to be restarting, however, Trump framed the elections portion of his Thursday speech as the centerpiece.
