Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the United States, along with thousands of Syrians. Now, their work permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated, throwing them in legal limbo.
The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate a form of humanitarian relief known as Temporary Protected Status.

Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individual’s face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.
CNN’s Annie Grayer has the details, and emergency physician Dr. Megan Ranney describes what struck her about the newly released video. Also, CNN’s Audie Cornish looks at GOP lawmakers’ reactions to Sen. McConnell’s medical situation.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sunday’s Washington Post sports section on his lap.

I think their making a big mistake sending the c models if their flying against the Su-57.wouldnt they stand a better chance with the latest model f16s or just a dozen for areas.where the Su-57s operate or should a stealth contractor help Ukraine develope their own stealth to even the odds.

I remember Shah of Iran ordered 36 f 16 in 1970's. We had three of them. Khomeini said we dont need it and send it back in 1979. This plane is old. They just want to scare Russia that if they bomb Ukraine they will get a response. Ofcourse Putin hates it. He does not want that. If Moscow gets bombed, then what? That tells you Ukraine wont get. Or at least not the ammo. This was a propaganda stunt by Zelensky. You can call it a bluff. But Putin ca not afford to call the bluff. I hope Russia and Russians get a taste of their own medicine

F-16's in that number (60) will make a difference. They keep the F-16's up to date. The latest 70 block is sharing equipment now with F-22 and F-35's.
