Removing that many ribs is incredibly dangerous and stupid. She basically has nothing to protect the organs there so the organs could be bruised or damaged from not that hard of a blow to her sides.

I realize these are people with body dysmorphic disorder, and it's a psychiatric issue, but a woman who is so intent on her desired appearance that she doesn't see the need for breast cancer screening because "dolls don't get breast cancer"? needs serious mental help….tits on a stick..smh. how sad.

Pixee does have all motor function back in her face and seems to actually look a bit less cartoonish now even if she still brands herself as a cartoon character. Also if you look up her before pics she was extremely beautiful

It's really odd how over the top they go from the characters – Luis wasn't all that bad for trying to be an elf and all, but getting huge boobs / dead nerves / flappy muscles when even the fantasy characters themselves don't have it? You're not looking like the "fantasy" you just look bad and weird. Amethyst is a DD thiccer gal with her breasts muscles not flappy; Superman – just hit the gym instead of getting chunky and thinking lipo suction is the way. Cartoon women have small waists sure, but that look IRL is achieved not by having a micro-waist at all. Something is seriously mentally wrong when you can't realistically adapt a fake character into a real one. That's some mega insecurity being covered up with "I'm trying to live this fantasy."
You achieved the fantasy 8 surgeries ago…I say this as an avid cosplayer myself – the point is to "live-action" a character, not cartoonify yourself. You bring a fantasy character into our reality with how that would look in our reality – and tbh some variables just don't work lol, but you can get it reasonably close. I'm skinny, if I plop on even D sized boobs, its plenty to sell the "big-tiddy" anime girl look lol. Yea this is some heavy masking going on and I feel sorry for these individuals because even though they nailed the look already, they're aren't happy with themselves. There is a thing called "fantasy depression," which people try so hard to make their fantasies so real it consumes their whole life and interferes with all manner of things.
