Germans invaded Tchecoslovaquia, Noruega, Austria, GrĂ©cia, etc, too. I have written in Portuguese some countries because I don’t know the name of them in English

Let me correct a few things:

    1. A lot of things happened before the German army began to steamroll Europe. The Italian army invaded Ethiopia, committing war crimes like using chemical weapons and China was facing a full-scale invasion by Japan that started in 1937.

    2. The map at 1:15 showing war-struck areas does not include China, by far the hardest-hit nation in Asia during WW2 (the narrator even says "Southeast Asia" without mentioning China).

    3. D-Day was NOT the largest invasion in history. That title goes to Operation Barbarossa.

A bitter winter led to the Germans surrendering in Stalingrad….Bulshit! What about the fact that the Germans had no suplies because they were encircled? And what about the fact that the temperature was the same for both sides? I wonder whether this is historic illiteracy or propaganda to diminish the significance of the Soviet-German conflict.

Before i watch this video i have to give my prediction. Its probably going to be about how this was the breaking point in the war and how the west came in and defeated the evil axis power and so on when in reality eastern front was the main and most important front. Will report back after watching the video…

Poland slaughtered 25,000 German refugees trying to make their way back to Germany due to the massive soviet build up of troops along the border, that is what actually started the war in Europe. It was a toss-up between Britain and Germany for the role of industrial powerhouse once Germany's economy was back in shape, they all loved Hitler during his rise. The US didn't care about the war in Europe as it was profiting from all sides, the French were as useless as a frog on a plate, the Germans were greedy and the Russians were determined. Desire for Japan's conquest and Britain's intended lead of the EU were the main "causes" of WW2. All leaders are genocidal psychopaths.

Can you be more clear and tell both sides of the story about the ending of WWII?? My Grandfather Davidson served in that war and so I would like to hear more about it. He served in the USNavy in the pacific. Please spend more time analyzing the cause and effects of war so that maybe mine and future generations can learn how to stop wars BEFORE they happen!

Isolationist americans were sometimes funded by organisations who where funded by Italy and Germany ( like the German American Bund ) when it wasn't an american company like Chase Bank, Ford Motor Company ( who's founder was considered by A. Hitler as a visionary, His photo was wel placed in the hall of the Nazi party buildings ).

The map is not accurate, Austria was annexed  ( the anschluss ), a part of tchekoslovakia were directly absorbed, the rest of the country were divided in protectorates ( under german control )….

Three-time US Olympian David Hearn told CNN that police arrested him Friday after he said he touched a flap of blue material partially detached from the bottom of the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Hearn, who says he has a background in material science, told CNN he checked it out following a bike ride after reading reports of algae in the water and paint or sealant peeling off the bottom.

Hearn’s attorney Norm Eisen speaks with CNN’s Anderson Cooper about what he calls “a meritless prosecution.” Also, The Atlantic staff writer Matt Viser has details about the type of algae plaguing the Reflecting Pool, and political analysts Scott Jennings and Karen Finney discuss the controversy.

350K+ face risk of deportation after Trump’s Supreme Court win

Published

Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the United States, along with thousands of Syrians. Now, their work permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated, throwing them in legal limbo.

The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate a form of humanitarian relief known as Temporary Protected Status.
