My friend would have gone that long if she could, but on of her breasts deflated. I think her implants were about 20 years old. she didn't remove them totally, but she downsized.

I know many women like Janice Dickinson, who have had their implants in for 30+ years, the old silicone ones. Not one problem. Sometimes if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
