The GOP-controlled House could Impeach Biden now. As Nancy Pelosi's House did to Trump twice. The central tenet of probity and conflict of interest is you cannot use your public office for a personal benefit. So even if Trump was to pardon himself in such circumstances surly the Supreme Court "should" quash any such self granted pardon
