I found out online from someone that has a non-descript description of secret gag orders that everyone involved can’t talk about it including those the person under the gag is gagged for.
Just want this out here, anyone involved in a secret gag can’t talk about it. It sounds Unconstitutional and corrupt, what are they hiding?

This is exactly what I said would happen. Once Smith was declared a "public figure", it's "open season" on him regardless of any gag order. The court was, of course, trying to save face when they ruled Trump couldn't do the things….that he wasn't going to do anyway. Shoddy work, Judges.

I don't believe ever reading about any criminal defendant who spends money and time to appeal a gag order, which says he can't intimidate court staff or actual/potential witnesses. If he truly believes he's innocent, he should focus on actually defending himself.

You mean the same "truth" you uttered when you "promised" to hand over your tax returns?
Or when you labeled the January 6 insurrection as a "peaceful protest" and a "lovefest" where the rioters were just "hugging and kissing" the cops?
Or when you claimed that you had the "power" to "declassify documents just by thinking about it"?
Or when you openly disclosed top secret federal information to unauthorized persons and later tried to sugarcoat it by claiming it was all "just bravado"?
