Time and again this Swalwell guy has claimed he’s seen proof of Trump committing crimes involving Russia yet none of what Swalwell claims he’s seen has ever been forwarded to prosecutors. So either Swalwell has been keeping said evidence to himself and thus Swalwell is himself guilty of obstruction of justice, or the guy’s a liar. It can’t be both.
