I'd be interested to see the performance by dividend income for all of these players vs the S&P 500 too. Can it safeguard and grow $500k cash reserve for next 2 years at no risk?

I’m closing in on my retirement and I’d like to move from Minnesota to a warmer climate, but the prices on homes are stupidly ridiculous and Mortgage prices has been skyrocketing on a roll(currently over 7%) do I just invest my spare cash of $780k into the stock market and wait for a housing crash or should I go ahead to buy a home anyways.

I didn't become financially independent until I was in my mid 40s, in addition to owning a second house making money on a monthly basis through passive income, and I've also met some of my goals. I really hope this motivates someone to know that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet; no matter your age, you can start today. Investing can help you change your future! By participating in the financial market, I took a significant decision.

Since 2018 I only use my Exchange account in order to BUY Ether and withdraw it in my hardware wallet! Sorry guys but until my 60's , no matter what regulatory scrutiny you create, no matter what WARS you fund with your taxpayers blood , no matter what other lies you invent in order to save YOUR banking system, my SELL button will remain UNUSABLE. You shouldn't be that much bloodthirsty, until you understand why, and how you will survive in the new world our networks create in order to replace your failed and bankrupt financial structures, there is absolutely no willing to trust your currencies from my behalf. Your currencies are good for me ONLY because Exchanges accept them in order to sell me Ethereum.

At this moment, it is crucial for individuals to prioritize investing in alternative streams of income that are not reliant on the government, particularly with the existing worldwide economic crisis. Investing in stocks, gold, silver, and digital currencies can still be profitable during this period. Therefore, it is advisable to explore these investment options to secure one's financial future.
