UK Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves discusses the October budget and fiscal rules as the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development predicted the pace of global expansion of 38 rich countries to slow. In an interview with Bloomberg’s Lizzy Burden, Reeves also discusses the nation’s “fiscal headroom” and the need to reform the benefits system. She was speaking after talks with regulators including the Financial Conduct Authority and the Prudential Regulation Authority in Downing Street on Monday.
