Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.

Cluster weapons are no different than a dirty bomb, and should not be used in the behalf of the United States or the Eu. The Geneva convention have strict regulations on NATO country countries using these kind of weapons.
