Outrage over new video of detained Palestinians surrounded by Israeli soldiers
Photos and video circulating online Thursday show dozens of Palestinian men being detained by the Israeli military, many stripped down to their underwear, in the streets of a city in northern Gaza.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law a bill banning child marriage.
The state now requires people be at least 18 years old before they can marry. Previously, minors could get married in the California with parental consent and no minimum age.
