I am 100% pro life! Not a shame to say it, but this young lady is the exception I thought the whole purpose was to keep the woman in the baby healthy? If there are doctors that, without a doubt know, the baby will not live and it could hurt her. She should be granted the abortion? I thought that was the whole purpose of the law.

What exactly are the complications and what are the other options available? That is the piece of the story that they don't share, which is to me the problem. We are being spoon fed specific information to say that the abortion is the only option, but we haven't heard from a Dr. providing us with the total medical picture, just a bunch of media hype against Texas abortion laws.

The Texas Supreme Court should wait to make their ruling until after Cox does whatever she's going to do. This sends Texas lower courts that have Democrat judges a message, do not give permission to women seeking to pre-empt TX law and it gives Democrat women the message to not seek to pre-empt the TX laws. Cox should go outside the state to California if she wants to murder her unborn baby. The TX Supreme Court can afterward make their ruling in favor of the TX law and the message will be reinforced.

Even LIVESTOCK are granted abortions if there's significant risk to the mother and/or fetus. How does a mother at risk of health risks or a woman who is a victim of rape have less rights than an actual pig???
As someone living outside of the US, seeing these politicians and lawmakers who speak of being "pro-life" but not "pro- the life of the mother" or "pro- the quality of life of the child" is absolutely sickening.

Since the mother isn't giving her unborn child a shot at life, someone else has to advocate for the child. A second and third medical opinion should be given to evaluate the situation. The doctor's statement itself indicates that the child might indeed live. Fallible human beings should not be playing God and ending an innocent human life.

Molly needs to sue for the courts to FORCE this AG to reveal the source of his medical opinion. Whoever came behind her doctor and caused all this should have to stand by their medical assessment PUBLICLY,AND PROFESSIONALLY!!! If it is one single "state" doctor ( on the state of Texas payroll) who is not one of the preeminent specialists in this field,then this AG should be impeached and thrown out of office. If he consulted no one at all who was cleared by the texas state medical board to practice medicine in the state of Texas he should be charged criminally and put under federal indictment for abuse of power,and violation of the civil rights of American citizens, which threatened the very lives of his victim. Murder is a crime…even when you use a law to do it,or you unjustly applied a law to commit it. ❤

This is what happens when one group's fanatical religious beliefs and personal morals get mixed in with politics and the law. The very same group of religious fanatics who are preventing Kate Cox from getting a much needed abortion would be OUTRAGED if someone told them they had to adopt a new religion or endanger their lives for something they didn't 'believe' in. This is why so many of those same morons refused to get the vaccine…they believed it would endanger their lives. The circumstance of Kate Cox is NOT an issue of life or death, otherwise, the mother's life would be equally important….this is ALL about ONE GROUP's religious beliefs being forced on others, and quite honestly, it is all bullsh*t. This is what we can expect lots more of this type of infringement on our rights in the future if we find ourselves living under the MAGA regime.

I'm a republican, a Trump supporter , anti-abortion, and a born- again Christian for 20 years. Unless there are actual medical professionals telling this Ken Paxton guy that Molly's doctors are lying than this is dead wrong, wicked,evil ,and shockingly vile. Not only is her life in danger according to people who have passed the medical boards for the great state of Texas, her future reproduction, but the fetus isn't viable, it won't live beyond a couple days and will likely suffer greatly for those couple of days before it is returned to the bosom of Our Lord in heaven.
