Global warming climate change is a natural evaluation of the planet it's the main reason for it. Human carbon is not the main reason for it. Removing human carbon will not stop global warming or climate change.

An international fund should be set up to finance India's move away from coal. Don't expect the third world to
give up on progress or to shoulder the burden of cutbacks. Richer nations need to subsidise poor nations or

My belief is that it is almost too late, for I doubt that the great majority of people…even amongst those protesting…are going to be willing in the end to make the necessary changes and sacrifices in order to attain the objectives. Even though I concede that in the meantime we are too dependant on fossil fuels, the blame rests on the giant fuel lobbies everywhere on earth, and unfortunately the republicans have a lot of responsibility in this…since they are the ones closest to the oilmen and support every one of their policies! Money talks…to them!
