As a scientist the distinction between thinking like a lawyer vs scientist hits home. As well as smart people being better at bending arguments to what they want to be right regardless of if it is or not.

Arguments and view points about left or right, red or blue, black or white. This is linear thinking with narrow focus. Humans are distracted by their nonsense details and rhetoric. They are drowning in these distractions, in their own bs. Poo brains. Evolving into effluent, the putrid kind. Polluting our ecosystems and destroying the beauty that they are too distracted, too blind to see or care about, let alone protect and regenerate. Exploitation is rife. No integration, no compassion, no heart or soul. Just rhetorical bs on mass. The future for humans looks grim.

That was a very interesting listen. However, you need to ask yourself why you think you are "right" regarding climate change (and Russian collusion). Statements like "liberals have all the scientists on their side" are so misguided. You appear to be stuck in your self created echo chambers. You still refer to scientists that don't believe in man-made Climate as "deniers", as opposed to climate scientists. You literally don't seem to be aware that you are falling into the very traps you describe, thereby proving your very point. The fact that you think you can divide people into left/right groups, and make statements about those groups, is so misguided, and you can't see that at all. Also, perhaps rational people choose to not disagree with you, other than the wackjob conspiracy people, so you lump everyone you disagree with into the conspiracy pile. I have to say, it was difficult to stick with listening to your message through all of the intense bias you constantly espouse. That would stop most rational conservatives to ever even want to converse or debate you. Back to Climate Change, go ahead and try to find a scientist who can quantify to what degree Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere causes warming, and compare that with the degree to which minor fluctuations in the sun cause warning. Go ahead, I'll wait…

The best description on social media yet imho regarding the current view of knowledge/truth in the current right (some in the extreme left as well). I often wonder how many conservative leaders actually buy into the absurdities and how many pretend they do to garner votes, or worse, to protect themselves from going down in flames as they are connected to all the crazy through their own misdeeds. I can finally put a name to what has been my biggest concern through all of this political madness; The Epistemological Crisis; thank you for this.
Now if we can just determine how to come back.

Why would the media choose to interview people who have admitted that even if they the president 'has ' ,"due process ", they are still going to vote against this no matter the facts of criminal activity. You by allowing them to say things like your witnesses quotes are heresay. It's just bewildering ,makes the republicans conspiracy of a new Atlantis seem true. As Orwellls book was a blueprint and this impeachment may be the fruition of that
" ancient hope". <<<
