Most entry level jobs are on the job training. When someone comes with experience, education and a work background-they still go through an on the job training. Often times, it is the tenured minorities that train the new white employees to take on the jobs that pass them over. LoveLove

Are people really just now recognizing the influence of dark money? How you think Trump got elected? Remember Cambridge Analytica? The Mercer family? Hello! The dark posts in the battleground states? Nothing changes until the rich can no longer buy politicians. It's not " By the rich,For the rich!" At least it's not supposed to be. We've got to slow this roll! Can't count on democrats to do it because they have their own handlers. Why else wouldn't this be more talked about?

  18. @beinfinefeather205

    December 12, 2023 at 1:01 am

Wow Joy almost admitted and said it on air but she couldn't quite get there. Corporate democrats and GOP are corrupted by corporations & their big dollar donations/legal bribes to do their bidding. If you look at the people who don't take dark money or money from big business you see them supporting higher minimum wages and raising the corporate tax rate, etc. But notice that any of these republicans or democrats who accept money from big billionaire companies, they're like "No! We can't do anything that will hurt our Dear billionaires and corporations." Money corrupts & if you're allowed to give infinite amounts of money to these politicians, they will be corrupted. if you take out the dark money and make them run on small dollar donations from real people then they will work for US not corporations

We Dems are way too tolerant. How is it that we haven't already CRUSHED the traitor Trump and his insurrectionist GOP accomplices? We have the majority numbers, the education, the economic power, the law, and the moral high ground. Trump has a few semi-literate Proud Boys defecating in the Capitol.

The Lead: WINNING THE FUTURE – Newt Gingrich Pg 133 “Now the process of change means that most people will have five or more jobs in their lifetime.” pg 133 🔥 (1999 speech & 2005 published)

    “I lost count myself around 20 – 24 jobs.” – me

    Let’s compare and contrast!

((…we do know what makes life worth living. The people …loved and they were loved. They were mothers and fathers; they were husbands and wives; sisters and brothers; sons and daughters; friends and neighbors. They had hopes for the future and they had dreams that were not yet fulfilled.

And if there’s anything to take away from this …it’s the reminder life is very fragile. Our time here is limited and it is precious. And what matters at the end of the day is not the small things, it’s not the trivial things, which so often consume us and our daily lives. Ultimately, it’s how we choose to treat one another and how we love one another.

It’s what we do on a daily basis to give our lives meaning and to give our lives purpose. That’s what matters. At the end of the day, what we’ll remember will be those we loved and what we did for others. That’s why we’re here.)) – President Obama 🔥 🔥

  41. @playinatlife5778

How can Congress complain about rich people not paying taxes? If rich people are following the tax laws written and enacted by CONGRESS, who is to blame?

  42. @seanomaille8157

    December 12, 2023 at 1:01 am

But America has already had its last free and fair election in 2020. Republicans have already ensured that will never happen again. It's all academic what Democrats want. The Great American Experiment to be the shining light on a hill has been quenched by the republican party and their big money backers, Russian and Chinese interference and the hapless, gullible masses. I fear it will only be the climate catastrophe that will return people to their senses in the same way the utter destruction of Germany brought sanity back to that country.

‘Breathtakingly Reckless’: Trump’s Former Intel Chief has BOMBSHELL alert

Published

on

By

Intelligence veteran Sue Gordon knows it’s important to say hard things about America. As she puts it, “that is the best love that there is.” Gordon speaks with Nicolle Wallace on what she witnessed and saw first-hand working with the Trump administration. Nicolle calls her a “unicorn”: a rare case of somebody who served with honor and integrity as the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence — and who Donald Trump, at least for a while, kept around. “I am for America,” Gordon says, declaring that as her North Star. Throughout her decorated career in intelligence, Gordon has always understood that telling the truth is imperative in keeping the president informed and the nation safe. She talks bluntly about the administration putting innocent people in harm’s way in Iran, calls Jay Clayton’s refusal to state that Joe Biden won the 2020 election during his confirmation hearing “100% disqualifying” and points to Trump being “more cruel” in his second term. She does not believe, however, that the president cannot be reasoned with. Taking a beat, she says: “Maybe I need to call him.”

House and Senate GOP leadership hold news conference amid government shutdown

Published

on

By

Watch live coverage as the GOP leadership led by Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD) and House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) hold a news conference after the government shutdown midnight on Wednesday. Senate Majority Leader John Thune said at a press conference after Tuesday’s failed votes that Republicans are now in the hunt for a few additional Democrats to support their clean, short term funding bill after three Democrats defected during tonight’s vote. This is the first government since 2018, in Trump’s first term, which was the longest ever at 34 days, lasting into early 2019. There is no clear path to a resolution, with the two sides fundamentally at odds over how to resolve the impasse.
