The very idea that Pence, or any other Republican, care about lives lost in a HIV is a joke.

If someone says they are pro-life, ask them if they believe that the mother should get child benefits from conception?
Also, if they are pro-life, ask them what about after the child is born? Because the ONLY time children are cared about by Republicans is when they are looking for children to abuse (See Matt Gaetz and MANY more!)
