    @k9sjose (continued).. Who the hell do you think pays for anything? Who's money is the governement running on? And when they mandate something, that is in fact a TAX. READ UP. Grow up. I point out FLORIDA because it is always a disaster waiting to happen. WTF do I care about anything except having to pay money for mandated shit from the government, and an education for you? Jack ass.

    @AJTwister97 Maybe if I see my 6th I'll get a winner. But where I lived, which was pretty much in Tornado alley, it was not uncommon to spot one, but I'd agree I was unlucky (but obviously very lucky to have not been killed) to have been so close each time. I doubt that any of them were about an F2, although the one that hit Whitey's touched down in a local grave yard before coming to the river, and while there it tore up some head stones.

    @WallyPCify O.K. Wally I got you. But also we might consider making it mandatory for everyone to move out of Florida. Just saying. But I got your point this time. Thanks.

    @WallyPCify Using the word force is not the right terminology. Making some sort of underground shelter be part of the building code would be a better way of handling it.

    @jew3hitler To all trolls who like to turn YouTube vids like this one into a forum for their own skewed political beliefs…go fuck yourselves. You're not part of the solution. You're part of the problem. Anyone who rejoices in suffering is disgusting. Yeah, maybe some folks do have a gripe with Americans, but at the end of the day we all live on the same planet, bleed the same color, and we hurt just the same. If you were truly a religious person you would pray for those you normally curse.

    @WallyPCify Yea that doesn't go against the bill of rights.

    My Mom lives in Orleans, she told me today about Henryville, I'm from Martinsville In, I can remember I think back to 02 03 when my hometown got drilled by a tornado, that crap is horrible, I hope everyone is ok, prayers are with them

    @WallyPCify
    I assume your are a pretty young person, yes? Why should we need government make us do anything that we can do ourselves? I grew up in Tornado Alley, seen 5 of them growing up, and was extremely close to 2. One tore the roof of a building I was in (Whitey's Ice Cream store), and another happened while I was in a barn, and it sucked the hay out of the loft while I watched it go up. We had a storm shelter, we built it. Stop asking the Government to do stuff people.

OpenAI found additional incidents of AI models acting deceptively and taking unsanctioned actions during training, the company announced Wednesday. It’s also introducing a new process for the company to publicly report such instances.

Under the new system, OpenAI will share updates on concerning AI behavior more frequently instead of waiting to bundle multiple instances into one report. The company said it wants to share more information about troubling AI behavior in the absence of an industry-wide standard.
