Firing someone from a place that was; by force; being used to do a duty at set times; and possibly disciplined for being late; is not legal; if there’s no compensation, or suggested offers to work a new-job somewhere that’s willing to benefit off of a former employee with reasonable set skills. The “human-resource” is abusing powers that shouldn’t exist. Adults at work don’t need guidance counselors, they need money to pay for everything that life hates them for! I’m sick of working because no matter how much I work, I will never make it beyond “ENTRY-LEVEL!”! My existence doesn’t matter to individuals with their own personal schedules to look forward to. Being in debt; THEM knowing my bank name, my account numbers, my routing numbers, my address, my zip-code, my social-security number, my birth date, everything that you need to have when applying for any job at all; is compromised in the hands of places that use “human-resources” to discipline, promote, and fire. What those criminals do with my personal-confidential-information is illegal! They’ll fire a person after they’ve found a certain instance that they can capitalize and exploit to transfer and teach to another expendable person that they’ll also throw away like trash! Firing anyone with a debt over $1,000 American dollars should be a reason to be sued; and them counter-sued. It would be more professional to pay off a person’s debt and pay any yearly expenses they’ll need before a new year before or after firing someone from their job duties. It looks fixed and evil, when a name-brand disposes of someone’s physical presence from working and kicks them to the curb acting like they really could afford the holding of personal-sensitive-confidential-information. If those data-bases are interconnected and staging diversions for more criminal activity; using anyone’s rightful-information; it’s not a job-market that they are working in; it looks to be a conglomerate planning on overthrowing any government in hopes of world-domination. The filing, lifting, and falsifying of information of any existing worker; or former employee; is black-mail. Once a person has been fired, their application should be destroyed. During the time that they held employment the information could be filed and exist in the custody of the place of establishment, but after firing all files beyond the date of fire should be deleted, destroyed, erased, and just non-existent from other still working employees. Identity-theft is a form of fraudulent enlisting and a federal offense and could lead to jail-time, COMMUNITY-service, house-arrest, deportation, restriction of rights beyond financial gains and personal-finance. Anything using money to oppress a normal human’s rights to pursue happiness, could limit a guilty party of reaching a not for profit level of existing. It’s illegal and ill-fated to display; possibly fabricated projections of heavy earnings, without the gold to back it. As of lately America’s gold-reserves seem very depleted and their funds have met their limit. Any use of counterfeit money; in any form; is a lack of respect to a world-trade market. Supply’s and Demand’s from foreign countries will lessen the value of American gold until the “American” socio-economic crisis is resolved and properly rebooted. The use of spyware and malware should be eradicated and infected severely. All syntax compiled should be resorted and adjust accordingly to the times of the individual boostings. Any over-rides or over-ridden errors are still errors. If any hidden option boxes were set to distract circuits then a proper flood of information should collapse their override points and rush straight through and too the mother-board processor. If a malware was set to hide and divert information; illegally, for criminal purposes; any use of the operating-system should go straight to; and through; the mainframe’al data-base’t mother’n-bor’t. For anyone hiding hardware containing infections will not be safe from hazards that will only exist to them. Surrendering any malware or spyware to the proper authorities should save face and they could’ve been let go with a simple slap on the wrist for not knowing, but if intentional to criminalize society then it would be a felony on a whole ‘nother level. I blame identity-thieves using computers that made their crimes easier to pull off; they’re the reason why working anywhere seems like an espionage scheme of some white-washing white person.

"It's human error!" It sure is, Shannon. You're a human (we assume), and you're making errors. Like not using Hootsuite to schedule posts so you don't have to wake up drunk at 2 a.m. to do it manually. Kristin can't be that great of a boss if her employees think they can keep getting away with this crap. The work environment she's built seems incredibly catty and disorganized, and she only does something to fix it when she can't afford to keep ignoring it.

I recently was employed at a place where it was an all female staff and let me tell you now they all were downright nasty and mean to me. I was nothing but polite and respectful and they were disgusting, unprofessional, and basically pigs. It caused so much trauma for me
