Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the United States, along with thousands of Syrians. Now, their work permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated, throwing them in legal limbo.
The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate a form of humanitarian relief known as Temporary Protected Status.

Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individual’s face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sunday’s Washington Post sports section on his lap.

Harris is a disgusting woman. Pence didn’t make any condescending expressions towards her, he was extremely composed, polite, and respectful the entire time, while most of, if not all of Harris’ responses were deflections and condescending towards Pence. She obviously isn’t fit to be Vice President – and certainly not president should something happen. Because she lacks simple on-the-spot reactions and responses, she’s proven to herself during this debate how good she is at non-answers.

For those of you who dont know… Packing the supreme court means ADDING seats. This hasnt been done since 1869. Filling a vacancy and adding seats to the supreme court are two very different things. It isnt a loaded question, hes calling her out on her bs.
