The Wall Street Journal has a new two-part feature detailing what it describes as Europe’s ‘rupture’ with the United States following this week’s NATO Summit in Turkey. The Journal reports that President Trump’s tariff’s and threats to take Greenland has sparked a quote, “rebellion” amongst European leaders who are now drawing limits on so-called “flattery diplomacy.” The paper reports many leaders now view autonomy as the long-term goal,. Rather than a temporary measure, adding that even if leadership changes the era of relying on America so heavily had ended. What’s the point of this program if the specific names aren’t listed or a source isn’t provided? I checked “Insider” and they wanted a subscription to list the lawmakers who are profiting from their political positions. Free news? Nope.

I don't get it. Federal employees have something called the Thrift Savings Plan with a half a dozen Bland Investments that mirror the S&P 500 or bond funds or government funds Etc. They're all bland non partisan and move a lot faster then the average stock picker.

The problem is the fine is only $200 per violation, so as long as your profit is greater then the fine theres no real consequences. The fines should just be changed to $250,000 per violation.

Those Republican Party politicians and members of the House of Representatives and Senate who have breached, flouted, disavowed and violated their oath to defend the Constitution and the Republic against all enemies foreign and domestic have abrogated, abdicated and forefeited their right, jurisdiction and authority to anymore and any further lay claim to being lawful members of the House of Representatives and the Senate.
All such rogue Republicans merit and warrant to be thrown out of the Congress. They also deserve to be brought to book and indicted.

Insider trading, profiting from one's government position is illegal for anyone but Senators and Congresscritters? Get rid of the corrupt or we will lose any scintilla that remains of our U.S. Democracy. Pelosi, and so, so, many prominent elected worms of both parties are $lithering in corruption.
