Blacks get in Harvard because of race!

Never ceased to be astounded by how stupid some of my fellow north carolinians are. I am not implying this man is stupid. I'm applying the people that voted him in are.

Having quotas makes the question necessary.

I had people, (same race) ask me the same type of question and it doesn’t bother me. Whatever his intentions, by asking the question he gave him a gift. The people around Rep. Jones now knows he’s awesome and can handle awkward questions.

The Saudis buying admissions are a problem , there's a lot wrong with Harvard this gentlemen not what's wrong with Harvard.

Bubba aint too bright. Why cant our districts now find legitimate people to vote for. Whats happened?

That suit is awful. But the question is valid

  12. @foleylione

    December 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

Well I’m not sure the question was inappropriate. Lots of people who could have made it at Harvard were not able to get in. It doesn’t take away from their accomplishments to have succeeded, but their race is a factor in determining who gets in. What does it matter? They got in. They succeeded. People get in for being rich, or a legacy, but they are still graduates. People get in for sports but they still made it and succeeded. Why is everyone so upset? Hook or crook these men made it. Why second guess all the factors of admittance as if they diminish the accomplishment itself?

The Republican party is full of racist!!!!

In sorry but I'd have that white guy represent me in a heartbeat over 2 black dudes who can't even keep other Black's out of jail

That's most definitely how it is today.

  17. @dianaduguay6190

That was a stupid racist question

  18. @michaelhargrove5111

    December 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

Answer a simple question what was the reason you got into Harvard. Not how you left

    Athalete

  20. @Angel268201

    December 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

That did not answer the question!
He only stated how he performed AFTER he was accepted.
Were you accepted due to athletics or affirmative action or did you score over 1500 on your SAT?

  21. @anthonylombardi4168

    December 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

When you require a certain level of races and genders, then it's a fair question. That's why it makes race quotas so bad. That's what brings these questions to the table. Don't know if the man is racist, but the man that went to Harvard knew what he asked and why

  22. @taylorclark1082

    December 13, 2023 at 5:21 pm

    ….but there is affirmative action….

  23. @Robert-pc4tv

    Not racism, pattern matching
