Emergency responders took Sen. Mitch McConnell to an ambulance on a stretcher after being called to his home last month for a report of an unconscious person, according to new video of the incident and an eyewitness account.
A neighbor of McConnell told CNN that they opened their door to find commotion outside their home at around 8:30 a.m. on June 14, with two ambulances, a fire truck and Capitol Police officers blocking the entire street.
The neighbor said they learned from another eyewitness who saw the individualâs face that the person on the stretcher was McConnell and he was not wearing an oxygen mask.

Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell of Kentucky on Sunday announced, after weeks of speculation, that he had a fall last month that landed him in the hospital.
McConnell also provided a photo showing him smiling next to his wife, Elaine Chao. He appears to have a copy of Sundayâs Washington Post sports section on his lap.

I don't understand why the news makes it into a race thing. It was person that fit, it happens to all races. If it was a White, Hispanic, Asian or whatever… male that had a bald head with the same color clothing around the area, the same thing would of happened. Probably not make the CNN News though. Just say "Police did poor follow up on a bank robbery subject fitting a description." Sometimes I really think they are throwing gasoline on a fire that generates more views. Sad.

Our law enforcement has always taken the role Gestapo here in America. Our government our legislators and our Supreme Court and other government offices show their guilt through their complicity if not they're full control to use law enforcement to contain as they see fit men women and children of we the people of the United States. That is why Police should not arrest any suspect unless they the police themselves are or is a witness and had seen the crime or if they are responding to a call they must start the pursuit only when they see the suspect running away from the scene. This extended doctrine of hot pursuit based on oral description by policemen who didn't see the suspect at the crime scene is a wrong law.

oh please, this Caucasian (me) got pulled over in San Diego, in 1994 as the cops thought i robbed a 7/11. I had short black hair, goatee and suppose fit the description. When they heard my accent, they realized i was the wrong guy. as the store didnât say anything about the robber having an accent. Krap happens, enough with the âraceâ card already!
