Instead of stuck in the old paradigm of negativity, the European Union can be socialized into the norms and intellectual vigor that cooperation with China produces positive outcome for Europeans as well as their national interests.

The reason (obviously) is that the EU and US are weaponising any trade they can against China, especially on semiconductors but also on green products, climate emergency unless the solution comes from China. Anyone who downplays that is just dishonest as its so obvious.

To be an EU 🇪🇺 key trade partner, China needs to:
    – cancel the "No Limits" agreement with Russia,
    – stop undermining EU sanctions against Russia,
    – talk with Taiwan president Tsai Ing-wen on an equal basis,
    – open independently a study into Wuhan pandemic,
    – stop atrocity of Tibetans and Uyghurs,
    – obey the Hague Tribunal 2016's decision on the SCS,
    – Leave European intellectual properties alone,
    – stop unfairly subsidizing electric cars, and
    – stop interfering into EU internal affairs.

Yeah China wants it.. Problem is, THEY DONT WANT XI and CCP! 50% of Graduates for the last three years are unemployed! ALL major business' and banks have left China. So.. what are they going to trade? After XI told them go back the agricultural areas to find some way to live.. Im betting about the time that the "empty malls and industrial areas and all of the housing start collapsing" maybe someone would show up in China.. but not likely! You people dont report ANYTHING that is actually going on in China. Quit telling fairytales.

They should want commercial shipping to be safe
    Maybe talk to Iran ?

Bloomberg’s Boston Bureau Chief Brooke Sutherland says Maine Democrats are racing to choose a new Senate nominee after Graham Platner withdrew, leaving the party with little time to unify behind a replacement in a race viewed as critical to control of the Senate. AI May Not Solve Demographic Decline

Published

on

Martha Gimbel, executive director and cofounder of the Budget Lab at Yale University, says artificial intelligence is unlikely to offset the economic challenges of an aging population, arguing the US is confronting two major transitions at the same time rather than one solving the other. She says AI could improve productivity in some areas, particularly by helping caregivers with physically demanding tasks, but questions whether consumers will embrace automation in roles where human interaction remains essential.
