OpenAI found additional incidents of AI models acting deceptively and taking unsanctioned actions during training, the company announced Wednesday. It’s also introducing a new process for the company to publicly report such instances.
Under the new system, OpenAI will share updates on concerning AI behavior more frequently instead of waiting to bundle multiple instances into one report. The company said it wants to share more information about troubling AI behavior in the absence of an industry-wide standard.

The race to develop artificial intelligence is in dire need of a slowdown, Anthropic’s chief executive Dario Amodei said in an essay posted early Saturday.
“We must slow the pace at which we improve the capabilities of AI models. Progress will still seem fast, and we must make wise use of the time we gain,” Amodei wrote in the 3,800-word post to his website.

From Canada, I usually watch ABC World News tonight on YouTube. It is only available the following day of the newscast. However, on Saturdays, the Friday night newscast is not available. Does anyone know why? NBC News from the previous day is available.

Evaporation of freshwater is increasing THE AIR IS POLLUTED around the world ,Every economy In The world is running on and operating with fossil fuel. What can this small planet expect from us in the future.? We need to stop spending money on foolish things. And practice birth control in intelligent serious way. Paradise is full. A great economic Bill to write our U.S. Congressman or Senator in our districts is – Uncle Sam shall award all citizens, native American indians and perminant residents $65,000 in a lump sum after 36 months of full time work, part time work included in the total sum, whenever the citizen is ready to purchase a home. ❤ On a continuous basis – All citizens, native American indians and perminant residents shall be granted and awarded $150,000 in a lump sum after 100 months of full time work, part time work & approved verifiable volunteer work included in the total sum. People here in the U.S. on work visa's shall be awarded $50,000 after the 100 months of work. On a continuous basis – All citizens, native American indians, and perminant residents shall be granted and awarded $250,000 in a lump sum after 200 months of full time work, part time work & approved verifiable volunteer work included in the total sum, regardless of whether collecting social security or not. People here in the U.S. on work visa's shall be awarded $100,000 after the 200 months of work. People who fall short of the required work months, due to a long term disability or injury, will be awarded a pro-rated amount, equivalent to the number of months spent on the job. Company owners running a business shall be awarded double or up to 5 times the dollar amount, according to the number of months operating their business establishment, and the size of the company, after the 100 and 200 months on the job, respectively.
